SBI CBO Eligibility Criteria 2025
तो देखिये सबसे पहले आप ये तय करना होगा की आपकी इस SBI CBO Recruitment के Post के लिए आप अपने Education Qualification और कुछ जरूरी Important Criteria वो फॉलो करते हैं। की नहीं जैसे की Educational Qualification , Age Limt , Experience and Local Language Proficiency .
Educational Qualification
- तो चलिए बात करते हैं। इसमें क्या आपको योग्यता लगने वाली है तो सबसे पहले आप किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय से आपको Graduate होना होगा या फिर केंद्र सरकार के मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से भी आप Graduate कारक चूके होंगे। तो भी चलेगा।
- इसके अलावा अगर आपके पास कुछ Qualifiation और है जैसे की मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट, या कॉस्ट अकाउंटेंट सभी अतिरिक्त योग्यता को भी स्वीकार किया जाएगा

- Minimum Age : 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Candidates must have Been born between 1st May 1995 and 30th April 2004 ( Both Dates Inclusive)

Work Experience (As On 30th April 2025)
- जो भी अभ्यर्थी आवेदन को अप्लाई करेंगे वो कुछ और भी Criteria को फॉलो करना होगा जो अभ्यर्थी अप्लाई करना चाहते हैं। वह भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध निजी बैंक या क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक में अधिकारिक रूप से कम से कम 2 वर्ष तक कार्य अनुभव होना है।
- नौकरी प्रोफ़ाइल का मुख्य रूप से एसबीआई में स्केल-I सामान्य अधिकारी के साथ योगदान होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवारों को अपने वर्तमान/पूर्व नियोक्ताओं द्वारा प्रमाणित अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र और नौकरी प्रोफ़ाइल दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- स्थानीय भाषा प्रवीणता
- उम्मीदवारों को वे आवेदन करने वाले सर्किल की निर्दिष्ट स्थानीय भाषा में पढ़ने, लिखने और बोलने में परिपूर्ण होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवारों को स्थानीय भाषा की परीक्षा पास करनी होगी अगर वे 10वीं या 12वीं कक्षा में इस भाषा की अध्ययन की प्रमाणित प्रमाणिका प्रदान नहीं करते।
🔍 Stage 1: Online Written Test
The Online Written Exam is the first hurdle in the selection journey. It consists of two parts: Objective Test and Descriptive Test.
✅ A. Objective Test (Total: 120 Marks | Duration: 2 Hours)

✅ B. Descriptive Test (Total: 50 Marks | Duration: 30 Minutes)
- This section tests your writing skills.
- You will be required to write:
- 1 Essay
- 1 Letter (Formal/Informal)
- Both questions will be in English.
📂 Stage 2: Screening of Applications
- After the online test, a Screening Committee will evaluate the documents and profiles of successful candidates.
- Your work experience will be compared to the job requirements for an SBI Scale-I Generalist Officer.
- If your experience does not match, you’ll be disqualified, even if you score high in the test.
🗣️ Stage 3: Interview (Total: 50 Marks)
- Candidates around 3 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the interview.
- SBI will decide the minimum qualifying marks.
- Performance in the interview is crucial for your final selection.
🗣️ Stage 4: Local Language Test
- This test is only for provisionally selected candidates.
- You’re exempted if you studied the local language of the circle (state/region) in Class 10th or 12th.
- Others must pass this test to confirm their selection.
🏁 Final Selection Criteria
The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in both the Online Test and Interview:
